Compact in size with exceptionally low power consumption, yet able to produce powerful and impactful bass, the TS-WX010A compact subwoofer is a direct result of Pioneer’s over 80 years’ experience designing and manufacturing loudspeakers, combined with an understanding of the evolving automotive landscape.
Due to its small size and high electrical efficiency, the TS-WX010A ultra compact subwoofer is a perfect upgrade for many of today’s vehicles, especially EV (electric vehicle) and gasoline/electric hybrid vehicles where low weight, small size and low power consumption are a priority. Top of all this, more new electric vehicles on the market are using their under seat space for their batteries, leaving less space for under-seat subwoofers.
Measuring only 9-inches wide, 4-5/8” deep, and 2-3/4” high, and weighing just under 3-1/2 pounds, the TS-WX010A is the smallest and lightest powered subwoofer in the Pioneer lineup. In comparison, the TS-WX010A is 48% smaller than Pioneer’s next smallest powered subwoofer, the TS-WX130DA.
This Quick Bass add-on solution will be perfect for a quick and easy installation for owners of small cars who are looking for extra low frequencies, but who are really limited on space and power consumption. Because the unit is installed in the same space as the passengers, it doesn’t have to struggle with the sheet metal, the trim panels of the car and with the heavy cushioning of the seats to pass through. The TS-WX010A is an addition to the current TS-WX / WH solutions that are currently installed under the seats to offer an even more compact solution that can be placed at the feet of the passenger under the dashboard of the vehicle.
