Today we are taking a closer look at the most powerful amplifier in Kicker’s current lineup (as of September 2020), the KXA2400.1. This is a 2400W amplifier that may have slipped your radar. This amp is rated to deliver: 1200W at 4 ohms 2400W at 2 ohms 2400W at 1 ohm (plus/minus 10%) The amp retails for $999 and although that may sound pricey, it’s competitor the Rockford Fosgate T2500.1BDcp goes for $1599. Kicker engineers and designs their amps in house while final assembly is completed in China. These amps are a unique design and we’ll find out how well they did during the tests.
